Message	My wife was accused of causing an accident by some redneck lady who hit another car and tried to say my wife hit her first, causing the wreck. My wife wasn't even near the lady when the wreck happened; she stopped to see if they needed help. Anyway, we contacted our insurance company (USAA) and they told the other ladies insurance company that they were going to take paint samples of my wife's car and compare it to the damage on the other car. The lady then admitted she was lying as she didn't want to have to pay for the damage to the other car. Anyway, not the same scenario, but maybe your insurance company would be willing to get involved with the other guy?
